7/10 It is a beautiful city with many neat attractions and places to shop. While it is known as being strict with many rules, one would have to want to get into trouble. There seemed to be a trash can every 20 feet along the streets to prevent littering, and the police presence dissuades the usual pickpocket crime that was more prevalent in other locations we visited. The downside is that it is very crowded island nation-state, but that is par for the course in southeast Asia. The humidity could be very stifling as well.
